Dave Baldoni is the principal at DB Sports Investments – brokering rare high end sports memorabilia and cards.

In 2001, Mr. Baldoni started a company called Optima Information Solutions with his partners and was their National Sales and Marketing Vice President. The company created non-insured property reports for the top lenders in the nation for their home equity loans. The company was acquired in 2005 by First American Title Insurance Company and Mr. Baldoni became one of their principal national sales people for the National Real Estate Solutions Division. There he expanded his role and facilitated origination business on all levels for First Americans top lenders. He was instrumental in obtaining JP Morgan Chase business nationally for the entire company. Mr. Baldoni was than recruited by NRIES as their National Sales Manager.

For twenty five years Mr. Baldoni has gone from runner for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate to SVP of RealtyNoteBid.com. A strong relationship developer and communicator, his keen ability to attract client interest is above all his key strength.

Mr. Baldoni has a business degree from California State University, Fullerton with an emphasis in real estate finance and marketing. He has his California Real Estate License and is a member of the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA). He has three beautiful children Brandon, Brianna and Blake and devotes his spare time to the game of golf and helping others in various charity organizations.
